Voor u ligt mijn uitwerking voor C86 Gedragsverandering in organisaties. Ik heb de lessen als leuk,
praktisch en leerzaam ervaren. Door de uitleg van de leraar werd gedrag niet alleen theorie, maar
iets dat ik direct kon herkennen in de praktijk. Vooral de theorie van Grenny et al. (2013) gaf mij
andere inzichten in het benaderen van gedrag. Gedrag verandert niet alleen omdat iemand iets
moet, maar doordat motivatie, vaardigheden, sociale invloed en de omgeving samen kloppen. In dit
verslag pas ik die inzichten toe op de casus binnen de Provincie Overijssel, Programma Ondermijning.
