Closed after 24 months if fail to pass EPPP, FLRE, fails to License Application Closure Procedure
submit evidence of completion of post-doc

4.Must work under supervision of licensed psychologist
(must submit letter by supervisor during time of

must be more stringent)
3. Is a diplomate, OR has doctoral degree + 20 yrs of

(business cards ARE NOT professional advertisements)
2. Must conspicuously display license
1. Words must be included on all promotional material "Provisional Psychologist Licensee"
(cards, brochures, stationary, advertisements, and signs)

1. Must inform client in writing prior to provision of Guidelines for Licensed School Psychologist Providing Private Sector Services
services availability of free services from school district
2. Client may not be student of schools to which School
psychologist is currently assigned
3. As a dual practitioner, may not function as
independent evaluator
4. Does not promise 24 hr service or on-call services
5. Does not promote private practice through school
district
6. Does not utilize materials belonging to school district
1. Salaried employee of government agency = No Requirement for Licensure
2. Developmental disability facility or program etc. as
long as the employee is practicing within training
bounds and is not held out to the public as a
psychologist
3. Salaried employee providing services for no charge
and not held out to be a psychologist
4. Is a student accumulating experience (must be
designated by title "trainee" or "intern"
5. Certified in school psychology by DoE and is
working in an educational institution
6. Not a resident of the state, working <5 days/month
and ,15 days/year, licensed in another state
7. Religious representative
