Cardiovascular: S1, S2, no murmur. Peripheral pulses palpable.
Abdomen: Soft, nontender, bowel sounds present in all four quadrants.
Neurological exam: Alert and oriented to person, place, and time. Speech is
slurred. Grip demonstrates right arm weaker than left arm and right lower
extremity weaker than left lower extremity. Sensation is intact bilaterally.
Medications:
Aspirin 81 mg daily prescribed during previous visit as antiplatelet therapy and
lipid lowering medications.

Blood pressure 142/96 mm Hg
Respiratory rate 20/min
Heart rate 92/min
Temperature 37.4° C (99.3° F)
Oxygen saturation 95% on room air
