chart in EHR Go. This will open a new tab in your browser for EHR Go. Toggle between the
EHR Go chart and this activity to review the chart contents and answer the quiz questions
below.
2. You will be prompted to sign in to your EHR Go account if you are not already signed in.
3. Select 2: Launch EHR and then select New Session to launch the EHR and begin the activity.
4. Refer to the patient chart to answer the questions.
