Working Style
The working style results from my 5 Dynamics report include deliberate exploration,
effortless excitement, deliberate examination, and deliberate execution. Generally, I learn best
when given time to revise and reflect on what I have been taught. However, I am well-adapted to
other learning techniques and analyze the bigger picture of a situation to understand it
effectively. This is explained through deliberate exploration where I explore fundamental aspects
of a situation with seriousness before making a conclusion. For instance, when I am involved in a
conflict at work or among friends or family, I consider diverse perspectives to find a solution. I
consider other people's opinions and perspectives to make logical decisions to solve conflicts.
Focusing on minor details limits my ability to see the bigger picture within the issue; thus, I view
the situation from different angles. This working style presents one of my strengths which entails
being considerate and viewing situations from different perspectives rather than considering the
facts and details.
Also, I learn and understand better when a trainer incorporates personal stories or jokes in
their content which makes it easier to recall. This explains the dynamic of effortless excitement
which entails the simple way of making someone happy. I like including jokes in conversations
to spice them up, make them easy to remember, and entertain people. During my work shifts, it
is easier to work with individuals who not only bring joy and excitement but also make the
workplace more productive and efficient. To some extent, this working style and tendency
introduces the aspect of judging situations based on emotions which acts as a great challenge. I
am easily persuaded by emotional perspectives, which may lead to making decisions based on
emotions.
