Definitions - Rule 2
Post Scrimmage Kick (PSK) conditions 2-17-2h - ANSWER-1. During scrimmage kick
play (other than try or SUCCESSFUL field goal).

Lineman - ANSWER-An A player facing his goal, shoulders approximately parallel to
goal, with *head or foot* breaking plane through waist of snapper at snap 2-32-9
B Player is on the Line of Scrimmage when: - ANSWER-He is within one yard of his
LOS at the snap. 2-25-3 (note: a "B Lineman" is not defined)

Loose Ball (not to be confused with a Loose Ball Play as in 2-33) - ANSWER-Loose ball
is a pass, fumble or a kick. Can be in flight or grounded. 2-1-3
Clipping - ANSWER-Block when the initial contact is from behind, at or below the waist.
