The meaning/
reflection on each of the following terms.
1. Professional teacher dispositions- teachers are the main core values
beliefs and attitudes that are empathy fairness honesty and with belief that
all students can learn that help influence a teacher’s behavior.
2. Communication skills- effective communication skills involve clearly
conveying messages through and verbal non verbal and while actively
listening to others. 3. Collaboration skills –
are essential interpersonal behaviors which including active listening clear
communication empathy and conflict resolution that help enable individuals
to work effectively with others. Now we going to answer
the following questions. 1. Which
area do you feel most proficient in – when it comes down to my
communication skills I feel like it’s my strongest thing because I know how to
express myself in so many different ways to help get my point across in a
positive way to set the positive tone for others.
2. Which area do you feel least proficient in- now that’s a hard question to
answer in a way because I don’t really feel like I have any areas that I am
weak in. 3. What will you do to address
any deficiencies you feel you have – I will continue to work harder on working
on trying to approve in the areas I need to work on.
4. What resources are available to help you grow as such as professional
organizations – the only resources that I feel are available would be like
taking some courses online that will train people in preparation for the
educational opportunities and level or reading up on information as well.
