Inleiding

, In dit verslag is mijn stagewerkplan van de beginfase van mijn stage beschreven. Het
stagewerkplan bevat 3 hoofd leerdoelen met bijbehorende subdoelen. Het stagewerkplan
bestaat uit drie beoordelingsgebieden:

Werken in een organisatie



Werken aan eigen professionalisering




Bij elk subdoel is een schema toegevoegd waarin beschreven staat hoe ik het doel aan ga
pakken, wie of wat ik daarvoor nodig heb, wanneer ik het doel wil behalen, feedback en
reflecties. Ik heb hiervoor gekozen, omdat dit voor mij meer duidelijkheid en structuur geeft.
