In humans, sexually mature males can produce sperm all the time. Human sperm
are produced in the testes of the male.

Penis Becomes erect when the spongy tissue cells of the
penis become filled with blood; penis is inserted into the
vagina during sexual intercourse. During ejaculation, the
sperm swim through the cervix into the urethra and
fallopian tube to fertilize an ovum. (if present in the
fallopian tube).
