Introduction
In this assessment, you will submit your completed responses to the Four
Spheres of Care reflective questions from the Reflection Journal, the four EMPOWER debrief
reports and the completion report from the Sentinel U simulations.
Overview
Throughout this course you completed a series of simulation experiences designed to
expose you to care of patients in all four spheres of care. You used EMPOWER Debrief to
reflect on your experiences and organize your thoughts and you completed reflective
journal entries to help tie your experience to the Four Spheres of Care. Now it is time to
submit the work you have completed.
Final Submission
For this assessment, make sure that you submit:
• The PDF containing all required entries of your reflection journal.
When you have completed all four entries for the Nursing
Reflection Journal: Four Spheres of Care activity, click Output Activity to
download a PDF of your answers. Then submit the PDF to this assessment.
• The completion reports for the following Sentinel U simulations (report must
show completion percentage, points, and time spent in simulation).
o Family Support and Home Assessment v5. o Prioritization of Care
Geriatrics v2. o Prioritization of Car Adult Medical v2.
o Patient Management & Delegation v2.
• The four (4) EMPOWER debrief reports for the following Sentinel U simulations
Each section on the Empower Debrief tool must contain at least 100 words.
o Family Support and Home Assessment v5.
