Albuterol 2.5mg SVN repeat as many times needed, vasc access and
500ml bolus if hypovolemia, consider Benny as well


●● Altered Mental Status/Syncope
Answer: BGL TESTING- BGL<60 - D10 25g IV,IO, may repeat once in
5 mins, Glucagon 1mg if no vasc access


If no improvement or 60<BGL- 12lead, consider stroke, seizure,
intoxication, narcotics


●● S.A.F.E.R behavioral emergency
Answer: Stabilize situation, lowering stimuli
Asses and acknowledge crisis
Fascilitate resources, family
Encourage patient to use resources

defibrillate, Epi 1:10,000 1mg IV, IO, q3-5 mins, consider supraglotic
airway, repeat cpr epi and ventilation and monitoring


Rhythm Not Shockable - Asystole / PEA, CPR and ventilations, vasc
access, Epi 1:10,000 1mg q3-5 mins, consider suprsglottoc airway,
repeat CPR ventilations and epi


If patient remains unresponsive to resuscitation efforts, consider
Termination of Resuscitation Protocol
