Height/GTPAL/Signs of Pregnancy
Fundal Height - ANS-zero cm: symphysis pubis
12 weeks: simply above symphysis pubis
16 weeks: halfway between symphsis pubis and stomach button
20-22: reaches the stomach button
After 20 weeks: funds will correlate with gestational age
36 weeks: xiphoid method
37-forty: fundal peak will decrease. Will flow 4cm down
1 hour after birth it is at the belly button
Decrease 1cm in keeping with day
24 hours after beginning it is going to be 1cm under stomach button
48h after start- 2cm bellow stomach button
7 days after at symphsis pubic
10-14 days after delivery it is back in the pelvic cavity
6 weeks after start-at size as before delivery.
GTPAL system - ANS-G = gravidity (# of instances pregnant)
T = term (38-forty two weeks)
P = preterm start (20-37 weeks)
A = abortion (< 20 weeks)
L = dwelling kids
