Assessment Summative Students will create a digital poster using Canva to demonstrate one positive and one negative impact of technology and provide one example of each from their personal lives or that they have seen online. Formative Students will share their digital poster creations on Canva with the teacher during the process to allow the teacher to continuously monitor their work and provide real-time feedback. Materials Slideshow Presentation (to present information and key vocabulary terms), computers with access to internet, graphic organizer and pencils, headphones (for students who need to listen to articles online and access Speech to Text Options) Technology Slideshow presentation will be used to present information to students along with providing visual examples to improve ELL students and Students with Exceptionalities understanding of the lesson. Students will be asked to think critically about technology and the impact it has on their lives and that of the world around them. Student will also have access to computers and read online articles that will further enhance their understanding of technology
