The Tsimuku University library had to adapt and offer 24/7 services to students to ensure that learning continues. The librarians developed programmes such as online research support, online consultation services and LibGuides. These services were especially tailored for Honours students. The statistics showed low usage and access to these services, and librarians were unsure whether the Honours students were aware of these services.
