parties (name, address, license number, insurance company and policy
number). G) Note the time and place of accident and names and
addresses of any witnesses. H) Take photos.
• Drivers in single-car accident who damage property must: -✓✓A)
Stay at scene for reasonable amount of time in an attempt to contact
property owner. B) If owner can't be located, leave a note indicating the
driver's name, address, telephone number, and insurance company. C)
