, Introduction
This portfolio presents a summary from my engagement in the volunteering and
participant observation experiences, both during and beyond this module. It summarises
the community challenges and organisations I engaged with and the basic actions I took
to contribute to the community. I also explored community psychology principles and
theories in real-world contexts, viewed and reflected upon the interactions within
organisations, and reflected about myself in terms of my learning and experiences as a
volunteer. This portfolio also identifies experiences, insights, lessons, and
recommendations that may benefit other students and the community.
