It is usually the first step in the data analysis project. In this paper, we shall analyze a given set of variables by using graphical and numerical techniques to summarize the data. A sample of 100 operational activities have taken within the following five variables.: 1. Sales – representing the number of sales made this week. 2. Calls – representing the number of sales calls made this week. 3. Time – representing the average time per call this week. 4. Years – representing years of experience in the call center. 5. Type – representing the type of training the employee received.
