OVERVIEW
This individual final assessment is designed to evaluate a student’s ability to assess the range,
scope, and complexity of issues and problems when managing a project. In this individual final
assessment, students will understand the application of effective project management, corporate
strategy components, and stakeholder management within the context of project development.
INSTRUCTIONS
This individual final assessment must be referred to modules of PMI’s KickOff which is a free
online learning tool developed by Project Management Institute (PMI). This individual final
assessment should be 1500 - 2000 words (the number of words should be stated on the cover
page of the assignment paper) with 1.5 spacing, font size of 12, and format in Times New Roman
and Justified alignment. Students shall submit the softcopy of individual final assessment to
their
, respective tutor by 9th January 2025 (Friday), before 12.00 p.m. Each individual final
assessment should contain the following: -

1. Cover sheet. Refer to Appendix I.
2. Marking scheme. Refer to Appendix II.
3. The report.
QUESTIONS
You are required to complete the final assessment individually using PMI's KickOff tool
(https://www.pmi.org/kickoff). KickOff is a free digital course and toolkit that guides you
through the fundamentals of project management, helping you effectively launch your project(s)
from start to finish. You will earn a star after completing each module, and once you've earned
all your stars, you will receive a badge (Figure 1) that can be shared on LinkedIn. There are two
badges in total, one for Predictive and one for Agile.

Upon completion, you are to prepare a summary report that includes:
1. Completion of PMI KickOff: Visit the PMI KickOff tool (https://www.pmi.org/kickoff)
and complete all modules, earning both the Predictive and Agile badges.
