1.DE DOELSTELLINGEN EN INHOUD VAN HET OLOD



Micro-meso-macroniveau: de niveaus werken op
elkaar in, ze beïnvloeden elkaar. Als er veranderingen
zijn in hoe mensen samenleven (micro), dan gaan
organisaties die signalen oppikken en zaken op de
politieke agenda gaan zetten.



1. De organisatie en de omgeving: waarom is een organisatie
nodig?, de organisatie in de ruimere omgeving.
• Missie en strategie: hoe gaan we het doel bereiken?

2. De organisatie en structuur: hoe ga je jezelf gaan
organiseren?, hoe ga je gaan werken?, je gaat in die structuur
mensen zetten die bepaalde bevoegdheden krijgen.
• Organisatie en structuur is belangrijk omdat die invloed zal hebben op de
cultuur.

3. De organisatie en het menselijk kapitaal: de juiste mensen vinden om het plan uit
te voeren, de talenten op de juiste plaats zetten, ze professionaliseren zodat ze hun
werk goed en graag kunnen doen.
• Human, resource en management.

1.1 MACRO: MAATSCHAPPIJ (MAATSCHAPPELIJKE TREND EN UITDAGINGEN)
Millenards futurologie = toekomst voorspellen in zijn tekeningen (vb. de landbouw
samenleving, stofzuiger, videobellen…).

Simpsons futurologie = ‘de Simpsons hadden het voorspelt’.

Activisten: krijgen altijd gelijk met vertraging.

Sustainable Development Goals (SDG’s)
• 17 universele doelstellingen opgesteld door de VN (vb. geen armoede, geen
honger…).
• Gericht op: aanpakken van urgente wereldwijde uitdagingen.
• Doel: bevorderen van een duurzame en rechtvaardige toekomst voor iedereen.
• Biedt organisaties de mogelijkheid om bij te dragen aan een betere wereld door
het aanpakken van deze urgente uitdagingen.
