For this activity you will use EHR Go to complete hands-on assignments that replicate the health care
electronic health records experience for revenue cycle management. Oftentimes, revenue cycle
management includes conducting compliant audits to determine areas of improvement for
documentation and coding purposes.
If you remember, in Module 3, you reviewed all the parts of the CMS-1500. In this activity, you will
review of a completed claim, locate key areas of the claim, and check if for accuracy. You will use
knowledge gained through the course lessons to complete this final activity and the patient's chart, if
needed. There are two attempts for this activity. The highest grade will be entered in the gradebook.

, chart in EHR Go. This will open a new tab in your browser for EHR Go. Toggle between the
EHR Go chart and this activity to complete the activity and answer the quiz questions below.
2. You will be prompted to sign in to your EHR Go account if you are not already signed in.
3. Select 2: Launch EHR and then select New Session to launch the EHR and begin the
activity.
4. Refer to the patient chart to answer the questions.
