116/min, respirations 22/min, and BP 141/96 mmHg. BUN and creatinine levels and would be appropriate for this patient.
The patient is 158 cm (6 ft. 2 in.) tall, weighs 81kg
(178 lbs.) and his BSA is 2.05 m2 Extremities reveal
