- Natuurlijke bewegingen:
o Gebeuren zelden in 1 vlak
o Meestal simultane bewegingen rond versch. assen
 (opvallen in voet (in gewricht))



- Bewegingen worden rond de genoemde assen beschreven
 met anatomische houding (= neutrale houding) als
referentie positie



- Algemene basisbewegingen:
o Flexie (= buigen) en extensie (= strekken) :
beweging rond een transversale as in het sagittale vlak
o Abductie (= afvoeren) en adductie (= aanvoeren):
Beweging rond een sagittale as in het frontale vlak

↳ voet = uitzondering  want ab- en adductie gebeurd rond
een verticale fff as in
transversale vlak

 als voet in verlengde vh onderbeen w gedacht -> definitie
geldt wel



o exorotatie (= nr buiten draaien) en endorotatie (= nr
binnen draaien):
Beweging rond een verticale as in het transversale vlak



- vaak w specifieke benamingen gebruikt voor de bewegingen (afh vh
gewricht) (  komt pas bij arthtologie)
