Signature Theme Reflection
The Clifton Strengths test helps to identify an individual’s natural patterns of thinking,
feeling, and behaving, labeling them as talents. These talents, if maximized, can provide insight
into one's strengths and weaknesses, enabling effective strategies to meet demands in personal
life, relationships, and career. Out of 34 themes, my top five most dominant themes are Learner,
Responsibility, Strategic, Achiever, and Arranger.

education and everyday life. It’s no surprise that Learner is one of my top themes because I truly
enjoy gaining new knowledge. In my personal life, I like trying new hobbies and games. In my

and people should take responsibility for their choices. I apply this belief in all areas of my life
because I see responsibility as the foundation of accountability. For example, after my divorce, I
became fully responsible for myself and my daughter. I focused only on what aligned with our
goals. I worked two jobs, earned my B.A. in Education, managed our finances, and made sure
