Regular Verbs


ER Verbs
●​ Take the present tense (without the subject pronoun).
○​ Tu = remove s (EG. Parler --> Parle)
■​ Note: the 's' is retained if followed by 'y' or 'en' for
pronunciation purposes.
○​ Nous = as it is (EG. Parler --> Parlons)
○​ Vous = as it is (EG. Parler --> Parlez)


IR and ER Verbs
●​ Same as the present tense, minus the subject pronoun


Examples


Prenez votre parapluie, il va pleuvoir.
Take your umbrella, it's going to rain.


Mets ton manteau, il fait froid.
Put on youe coat, it's cold.


Voyez ce film, il est génial.
See that film, it's great.
