Answer: There was once a time I had a coworker who was saying
negatie things about our job and to me. My Mom once told me a saying
" to kill others with kindness." I continued to be nice to this person
reguarless of how she was treating me and eventually she aploigized for
how she was acting. We talked about it and I said you knoe its okay
because sometimes we can have a bad day and if she ever wanted to talk
outside of work I would be there for her. I tried to help her see the
postities about herself and the job. At first it was a little intiminading and
hard to work with but I realized communication is so imporant and after
talking to her it actully made the work enviorment a more comfortable
space for all of my co workers.

When I was graduading this past summer I did a lot of self seeking in
figuring out what it was I truly wanted to do. Since my sophmore year I
realized I was going to apply for airlines as soon as I graudtaed and hae
my degree in my back pocket. if its something I chose to do for a few
years or rest of my life think its a wonderful way to see the world, meet
and kinds of people and grow as a person.
◉ Why do you want to work for American Airlines compare to other
Airlines. Answer: I have flown with different airlines over the years and
I htink it was when I had a long trip to germany when I realized
american was my favotie. On the trip my Mom was extreamly anxious
and the flight attendants were so comfoting and gave such great service.
The flight was a actully one of my most memorable expierences. Since
that flight I decided I loved american over other airlibes
