◉ Why do you want to work here? Answer: It's actually a cute story.
When I just started in 2017 I shadowed an amazing designer,
Poonam Patel from Urban Loop and the first showroom we visit, in
our first day together was Cantoni. I love the contemporary
European feel of the store and I feel that my design style with match
perfectly. My style is a timeless classic modern, a contemporary chic.
So it would be a great match.
◉ What makes you a good fit for this role? Answer: I have a lot of
experience with conceptual design, presentations, project
coordination, and specially working with clients. I'm great managing
timelines, solving problems, and communicating with customers.
And since I worked with a lot of constructions and renovations I
learned to stay organized and calm under pressure, which is always
useful.
◉ Where do you see yourself in 5 years? Answer: I see myself with a
lot of certifications in interior design. I hope to be in the same
company, growing as a professional.
, ◉ Why did you leave your last job? Answer: Most of my recent work
has been project-based or freelance, focused on virtual styling and
project management consultations. While I've really enjoyed
working on individual projects, I'm now looking for something more
stable and long-term, where I can grow within a team and contribute
to a shared vision.
◉ Are you planning to keep your company going? Answer: With
Dark&Olive I've been mainly working with basic virtual styling and
project management consultations, so It wouldn't interfere. Specially
because my priority would be my work with you.
I would scale back as a side hustle to be done in my free time.
◉ How do you track progress and keep jobs on schedule? Answer: I
use a project list or timeline, along with tools like Monday.com. I
prioritize deadlines and check in regularly with everyone involved to
catch problems early.
◉ How is your design process? Answer: I always begin learning
more about the client's lifestyle. Do they have kids? Do they
entertain a lot? Do they prioritize functionality over beauty? What
works in their space, what doesn't. From there I work in gathering
inspirations, I live to show them to the client to make sure we are in
the right direction. I then create a mood board to make sure they
understand the visual concept. After approved I work in a full in
depth presentation with material and furniture selections, space
planing, renderings and procurement information. I like to keep the
