Noumena= Unchanging, non-physical world we came from, always exists




Our reality

- This world isn’t the true reality, but we live in a phenomena, “The world of appearance”

- Once we used to live in the noumena, “The world of the forms” a non- physical unchanging
world where everything stays perfect


- Demiurge is the link between them, he saw the noumena and tried to recreate it

- We must have immortal souls and used to live in the noumena, as we recognise these
imperfect copies as what they are trying to imitate.

Prisoners= Humans ignorant to the truth
