Voor u ligt het sales paper geschreven voor Verstegen, vakgenoten die in hetzelfde veld
werkzaam zijn en andere geïnteresseerde. De paper is geschreven in het kader van de
opleiding Sales, inkoop en finance aan de Hogeschool van Amsterdam.

Mij is de opdracht gegeven een sales paper te schrijven. In deze paper behandel ik een
onderwerp dat gerelateerd is aan de probleemstelling uit mijn sales plan. Uit deze
probleemstelling zullen hoofd- en deelvragen gevormd worden. Op basis van
literatuurstudie wordt een theoretisch kader gemaakt over het gekozen onderwerp.

Bij deze wil ik alle respondenten bedanken die mij hebben geholpen met de totstandkoming
van dit paper.
