Anatomía de las vías biliares
extrahepatica
La bilis circula desde los conductos biliares intrahepaticos los cuales se reúnen
en la zona biliar formando dos conductos hepáticos el derecho e izquierdo.
Estos se unen formando el conducto hepático común. Este junto al conducto
cístico forman el conducto coledoco el cual desemboca en la 2da porción del
duodeno.

, Vesícula biliar
Receptáculo membranoso piriforme adosado al peritoneo a la fosita cistica.

Presenta un fondo (proyección a nivel del 10mo cartílago costal derecho)
un cuerpo y un cuello del cual se origina el conducto cístico




Irrigación: Arteria cistica(rama de la arteria hepatica derecha) la cual se
encuentra en el triangulo de Buddé(limitado entre el borde inferior del
hígado,conducto cistico y el conducto hepático). A su vez se encuentra en
un triangulo de menor tamaño que es el triangulo de Calot(borde inferior
del hígado,arteria cistica y conducto hepático teniendo como contenido al
ganglio de Mascagni.
