The Lecturers have stressed that the cases which are discussed in class are the most important and consequently the ones which are likely to be tested on in exams. This summary includes all those cases which were discussed in class and a select few from the required reading. The cases discussed in the summary should cover almost all potential question scenarios and it says which case is useful for the specific situation you are being questioned on.
