This IA got a raw score of 20/24, but was moderated down to 18/24, getting a 6 overall. I got a 7 for Biology overall. I did my Biology IA on nitrogen fertilizers and investigated their potential uses.

This is one of my favourite pieces of work I have written for the IB. The topic and experiment are very straightforward and concise. I believe its coherence and core focus on the criteria is why it scored so well. It is the ideal example to base your own IA on.
