Chapter 4 - Emotions and Moods These notes will talk about differentiating between emotions and moods, identify the sources of emotions and moods, show the impact emotional labor has on employees, describe affective events theory, describe emotional intelligence, identify strategies for emotion regulation, and lastly apply concepts about emotions and moods to specific OB issues.

Chapter 1 - What is organizational behavior? I talk about the definition of organizational behavior, the value of the systematic study of OB, identify the major behavioral science disciplines that contribute to OB, Demonstrate why few absolutes apply to OB, identify managers' challenges and opportunities in applying OB concepts, compare the three levels of analysis, and lastly describe the critical employability skills gained from studying OB that is applicable to other majors and careers.
