Feedback and Synthesis Improvement Plans My synthesis improvement plan was to gather as much information as possible on Heart Disease. I wanted to break everything down by race, gender and age but according to my peers that would have taken more time. The feedback I received was to narrow it down according to age. I used this feedback to provide simplicity in my plan. The feedback also included lifestyle changes starting with the patient's diet.

Feedback and Synthesis Improvement Plans My plan is to start off by researching different conditions of a UTI. Once I do that I will narrow it down by sexual activity verses proper hygiene. The improvement plan will be to narrow the conditions down by symptoms. The feedback I received from my ARNP was not to do such a broad topic of sexual activity and proper hygiene, due to the elderly get more UTIs from improper hygiene.
