University of Law (ULAW)

Criminal Law, is an oral assessment with laid out sections, within the different statutes of criminal law. This exam highlights different levels of Assault throughout the multiple sections and the issue of sexual assault. As well as, the exam laid out in the extract, the examiner will ask you extra questions linked to the existing questions, in order to extend and examine your overall knowledge of the statutes and legal procedures.

This essay is an exemplar answer to a mock examination for a Common Law exam, which is a first year, first semester examination designed to help layout structure and key features of writing a good essay.
