This essay discusses the Equality Act 2010, from how it was implemented, developed and still being enforced today. The Equality Act has 9 characteristics and this paper focuses on 2 characteristics; Disability and Sex Discrimination. 10 Cases are given as examples and the judgments of the cases are discussed thoroughly. Recommendations are given at the end. There is also a reference list for sources and for cases separately.
