Chapter 5.2 - 8.3 from 'Recipes of Science' and all lectures from Philosophy of Science of the second half of the semester of year 2 from IBA (Tilburg University). The summary contains information from the lectures as well as information from the tutorials. By using a lot of examples it is easier to understand. I used different colors for different chapters which gives it a nice overview.
