Was ist der Albedo?

= ist der prozentuale Anteil von reflektierten zu einfallendem Licht und beschreibt so das Refexionsvermögen einer Oberfläche ! Je dunkler eine Fläche, desto mehr Strahlung wird absorbiert→ a klein ! Je heller eine Fläche, desto mehr Strahlung wird reflektiert → a groß → absorbierte Globalstrahlung (aQG): ist das Ergebnis aus Globalstrahlung und reflektierter Strahlung / Energiegewinn im Strahlungshaushalt → QG - aQG = QG (1-a)

- Energie, die beim Verdunsten von Wasser verbraucht und beim Kondensieren freigesetzt wird - Kann durch die Bestimmung des Wasserdampfgehalts aus der Luft gemessen werden

- Entstehungsort: subtropischer Hochdruckgürtel, subpolare Tiefdruckrinne - Höhe: obere Troposphäre (9-12km) - Ausrichtung: von Westen nach Osten - Besonderheit: sehr hohe Windgeschwindigkeit → es wird zwischen Subtropen- Jetstreams und Polarfront- Jetstreams unterschieden
