A Part A close analysis question on Hamlet's Act 4 Scene 3. Marked 15/15.

14/15, level 6 response. A* level, and the question could be used as a practice question, as well as using the context/analysis in my response.

Act 4 Scene 7 of Hamlet, analysed and an essay surrounding Gertrude and Ophelia for part B. Both the essays were marked very highly, 14/15 each, and as well as using my responses, you could use the questions as practice questions yourself.

Notes condensed and typed from my handwritten, more detailed set of notes. This set would be great for quick recaps, uploading key facts to a quizlet or turning into flashcards. I would recommend purchasing the more detailed set too, if you're looking for a full, in-depth analysis of the film. Focuses on the earlier side of the film here (through to Act 3), but my analysis goes to Act 5 in the handwritten set.

An A* essay discussing the characters of Hamlet, their victim status, and whether we view them as corrupt. This is a Part B response, with lots of context and knowledge of adaptations.

Notes summarising the 1996 film adaptation of Hamlet. I have noted anything of interest to compare/contrast with the original play, and any moments that could be used for analysis in an essay. I found these notes extremely useful to me when preparing for my exams (A* student) and was told that they were very comprehensive notes.

Summary of Rosencrantz and Guildenstern are Dead. Very useful for Part B of Hamlet A-Level exam, as it provides a different interpretation of the play often overlooked when writing essays. My notes are specifically tailored to what is useful to compare/contrast with Shakespeare's Hamlet, especially in an A-Level style essay.

Summary of the key moments in several adaptations of Shakespeare's Hamlet. I have covered several adaptations, highlighting what each has done unusually. This proved very useful to me for AO5 marks, as it becomes easy to compare both new adaptations, and more traditional adaptations or readings of the play.

A model answer for Part A and Part B of the OCR A-Level Hamlet question. Received 15/15 and 14/15 for these essays, and the feedback demonstrated excellent contextual and critical understanding of the play.
