this review sheet follows my chapter 2 notes about dietary reference intakes, these notes closely follow the chapter 2 for nutrition and you. this review sheet asks about nutrition labels, which include nutrient and health claims. they also ask about DRI's, EAR, UL, AI and what they do and how to read them. also asks what a good source in lean and high in means.

this review sheet follows my chapter 2.5 exchange list notes closely, which follow the end of chapter 2 in nutrition and you. it asks you the carbs per gram for each food group.

this review sheet closely follows my digestive system notes, these notes follow very closely chapter 3 of the nutrition and you textbook chapter 3. the review sheet asks in depth what each organ in the digestive system does along with the accessory organs, hormones that regulate the system. along with what are all the digestive system disorder, the symptoms and how they can be treated.

this review sheet follows the carbs notes, the notes closely follow chapter 4 of the nutrition and you textbook. the questions asks what carbs do for your body, how carbs are digested in your body. lactose intolerance, and how you can solve lactose intolerance. also sugar substitutes and what they are how many calories per gram along with what they are normally used in. it also asks about diabetes.

this review sheet closely follows my fats notes, which closely follow chapter 5 fats in nutrition and you. this review sheet asks about saturated an unsaturated fatty acid, along with VLDL, LDL, HDL and chylomicrons. this also asks about the 3 essential fats in the body and what they do.

this review sheet follows my proteins notes which closely follow nutrition & you textbook chapter 6. this review sheet asks about how amino acids are broken down, what they are used for. also what protein does for your body. also positive and negative nitrogen balance, and what that means for your body.

this review sheet closely follows my vitamin notes and they closely follow the Nutrition and you chapter 7. this review sheet asks each vitamin where in your food it can be found, what it does to your body and what excess and not enough will do to your body.

this review sheet follows my mineral notes which closely follow the nutrition and you text book chapter 8. this review sheet asks where you can get all the minerals and what too much or too little minerals do and what role they play in the body. along with some questions about the water half of the chapter. asks you both trace and major minerals
