Advancing and Building Communication ScienceTheory

For the theoretical position paper, students must choose a communication theory (or theory which is used in communication science) and identify relevant primary and secondary literature about the theory. Primary literature includes original articles, main revisions and extensions of the theory, and empirical tests of the theory. Secondary literature includes review articles and critiques of the theory.
