A smaller set of notes which summarise the lectures and relevant cases which I made and used during the exam period of European Law, essentially they combine the lectures and case notes that I have already uploaded in separate files on Stuvia as I think it is helpful to have a condensed version to look at nearer to the exams. I recieved a grade 9 for my EU law exam using these notes to study from :)

This set includes case summaries along with my exam notes. Essentially the exam notes put together the lectures and case notes in a logical way to make it easier to remember for the exam. If you understand the lectures and case summaries then nearer to the exam date you should be able to work from just the exam notes.

Comprehensive summary of all the cases from the reader in chronological order. Getting to grips with the case-law is, in my opinion, the hardest part of this course. Therefore, I spent a long time understanding the connections between the cases and the lectures given by the University which is visible throughout these notes. Please note, I also have a more detailed summary of the case law available on Stuvia which has more extensive reference to precise paragraph numbers. However, I would recomm...
