the purpose of our study is to examine the effectiveness of e health to reduce or prevent postpartum depression. This is because 10% of pregnant women often suffer from depressive symptoms, but due to lack of knowledge do not ask for help and this is also seen as a social taboo. Following the results, we have devised an app for these which increases knowledge and breaks the taboo.
