o Het verminderen van de productietijd van fastfood tot 30 seconden.

o Er is een duidelijke hiërarchie: de groep doet het werk en de leider kijkt toe van de

o Integratie: de afstemming die nodig is binnen de keuken. Er is een strakke tijdslijn
waarbinnen iedereen zijn taak moet uitvoeren. Er is een hoge mate van coördinatie
nodig van de mensen in de keuken om zo snel mogelijk de hamburger te produceren.

Bv manier van werken bij BMW: door jobrotatie te implementeren waren er veel minder
medewerkers die ziek vielen.

Organiseren = het regelen/installeren van collectieve activiteiten zodat het collectieve
resultaat superieur is aan het resultaat van individuen die alleen werken.

o Collectief resultaat > Som resultaat van ieder individu afzonderlijk
o Door taken te verdelen en op elkaar af te stemmen
