2nd Interview with the client, Mr. Kuczyoski
Dawid Plona: I have sent you the product’s beta version, do you have any comments upon
it?
Client: Of course. Overall, it fulfils most of my requirements. The website works as supposed, and
all the basic features are included. However, while I was testing it, I noticed some minor negligence
I would like to have improved in the final version.
Dawid Plona: I’ll surely work upon that. What is it that you found disturbing?
Client: Firstly, the website in its current offline form does not allow for any sort of user verification,
although I am convinced you are planning to implement it. Moreover, I have noticed a few
discrepancies between the visual display on different devices, which should be fixed and adjusted.
The photos I tried to attach to my auctions were usually cut in half or not displayed at all, you have
to fix it. Additionally, I have not noticed any way to change my password, which diminishes
security. At some point, when I was testing the administrator and auctions features, there were no
communiqués about any error, yet nothing happened after the action had been taken. I came to a
conclusion I will not have much time to monitor the website, as I am busy at the pawnshop,
therefore try to implement more special users, something like 'moderators', to be nominated by
the admin. Lastly, my browser, Internet Explorer, could not handle the requests sufficiently fast at
times, which resulted in connection errors. I hope you can come up with a solution to this problem.
