BACKGROUND
Mr Sign, the Manager at Boys-be-Boys Courier Services, brought his panel van car to
Flashycars Workshop for service and repairs on 22 September 2025. The following
day, he discovered that unsatisfactory service and repairs had been done on the car.
Mr Sign decided to write an email to the Manager of Flashycars Workshop to inform
him about the condition of the vehicle after the service and repairs. As the secretary
of Boys-be-Boys courier services, it is your responsibility to edit and proofread the
company’s correspondence before it is sent to the recipients.
