The purpose of this lab is to learn about single stage MOS amplifiers. This will be
accomplished by observing DC biasing of an NMOS transistor and testing Common-Source,
Common-Gate, and Common-Drain amplifiers.
Equipment used: Bread board, DMM and ADK.
Components used: CD4007 MOSFET, 1 μF, 4.7 μF capacitor, 1.5k, 2.2k, 68k and 200k
resistors,
