staff aware of a situation as early as possible
What must a recruit provide if they miss work due to illness/injury?
Ans: Certificate issued by a physician, RN, or other satisfactory
evidence of illness, injury, or medical condition.
Does a recruit have to immediately report an injury sustained during
training to the academy staff, even if treatment is not required?
Ans: Yes. All injuries must be followed up with an accident
report.
