The education field dynamically embraces leadership, which has been integrated as a
critical component in reforming the sector. As the population continues to grasp the importance
of early childhood education, it is also crucial to understand and acknowledge the role
leadership plays in creating an advantageous learning environment. It is also vital to question
the leadership in place to determine whether it is adequate to meet the needs of contemporary
