Ms. L.J. is a 45-year-old right-handed female who presents with a gradual
onset of right arm weakness over the past 7 days. The weakness began
as mild fatigue while typing and has progressively worsened, now
interfering with her ability to lift objects or perform fine motor tasks. She
denies any recent trauma, neck injury, or strenuous activity.
She reports mild numbness and tingling in the right forearm and hand but
denies pain, swelling, or color changes. No associated headache, facial
drooping, vision changes, or speech difficulties. No history of recent
illness, fever, or rash.
She has a history of hypertension controlled with lisinopril. She denies
diabetes, thyroid disease, or autoimmune disorders. No family history of
