history of an itchy, red rash on her inner thighs and left forearm.
The rash began as small red patches that later developed tiny
blisters (vesicles). She denies fever, chills, malaise, or other
systemic symptoms.
She reports going hiking in a wooded area three days ago and
also recently started using a new scented body lotion. Over the
weekend, she soaked in a hot tub, and two days ago, she ate
scallops for the first time, but denies any throat swelling, lip
swelling, or breathing difficulty.
